Good Morning and Kalimera on this beautiful winters day in my southern part of the world. Its Greek Friday and without fail, I send a shout out to Katerina - Kalimera!!! I am very appreciative of all the wonderful responses to my lovely photo and of course the mutterings of the 'Suggestion' that went with it. I had a delightful day on the Lawn Bowling Green yesterday, a most prestigious Club indeed but lacking a little atmosphere that we have at ours . . . now would that be Home Ground Advantage for me? After the three games yesterday - of which we won two, it was very apparent that there are a few fundamental movements in Bowling that I have not yet mastered. So this week I shall be getting down to brass tacks - working on the 99% of bowling that I still have to learn. Yes, the last game was a shocker and almost like being taught a lesson and told to come back when I am grown up. Not my favourite way to end the day, but all that considered, we still outdid them and I walked off with two prizes. Have a glorious Friday everyone! peace be with you all! my photo is of a sundial positioned on the edge of the Western Coastline of SA watching the sun set behind it.

Ah I wish I was there taking a stroll on the beach today - but have the grandchildren coming, so dreaming will have to take second place for now

Bowling was one of my favorite sports when I was in college. Sadly we don't have bowling lanes anymore here in our place. It was closed long time ago.

I enjoyed bowling but I never really mastered it. I gave it up when a friend suggested that I come with a twenty point handicap.
