People do have a special likeness to another cuisine apart from their staple one. Mine was chinese since childhood but it has shifted to Italian now a days, I just love the different kinds of pasta, risotto, lasagna etc.
But I have noticed that I can never have a lot of Italian food, that is something to cherish and relish. You must be having some of your favorite too...whats that...

I know chicken rice, roast duck, chopped meat in bitter gourd and many others lo. Ha ha my mother was Chinese lo.

@Shreyashi,My favourite is simple Indian food- rice,pulses,a curry which must be spicy,a couple of chapatties and one or two green chillies.

Even I love Indian, but apart from that Italian followed by blueberry cheese cake....yummm
