I Need More Sleep

For the past week our sleeping routines have all been wayyyy off. My fiance was going to bed really late while i was in Philadelphia, like at 4 in the morning every night and that is what messed his sleeping routine up. I don't know what happened with my son and I but my son refuses to go to sleep until like 1-2am which leaves me falling asleep at 2-3am. Before getting our dog back we slept in late like until 11am which by itself was annoying. Now that she is here and on a timed schedule with her meds, I have to set alarms to wake up early and give her them. I am exhausted when I have to get up and give her the meds so I end up falling asleep again instead of being able to stay awake. I am so exhausted every day from this that it destroys my motivation for working out which sucks because my weight is going up once again. I think tonight I am going to go to bed super early and I won't allow my son to nap today that way he will definitely be tired by bed time.

lack of sleep also gains you weight. so make sure you take moderate sleep.

I hope you're able to get some sleep. Being sleep deprived is healthy at all. Perhaps you'll be able to rest now. A nap helps even a power nap will help.

Hopefully, you can get everything back to a more normal time. It can't be easy when everything is off.

Maybe, you should reset your biological clock, so that you can go back to sleep during the regular hours.
