Why this pain again

A few days ago I was in agony with cramps. I've been fine since then and now out of nowhere they are back.
The pain is hard to pinpoint the location. Its all over my stomach and into my back. It feel like labor contractions.
I was sitting in my computer chair when it started. I thought I was going to be sick from the pain.
I had my son find the advil in my purse and bring me that and a cup of water. I took 2 advil tablets and am laying on the couch now praying the pain eases soon.

Maybe gas pain but could be kidney stones from the sound of it as well. I've had those. They are no fun. The pain can come and go mysteriously. I would go check with your doctor.

@koopharper I had terrible pain once a few years ago and when I urinated it was just pure blood. I assumed I passed a stone and never went to the doctor since I felt better after that.

@shaggin If you're passing them naturally, it probably isn't going to be serious. They can be absolutely excruciating. I would still check with your doctor just to be certain. There are more serious problems which could be causing the pain.

still haven't went to the doctor? are you sure it is not gas? cause I have take gas-x at times and helps the same kind of pain. but yours could be something else. if not going to see the doctor you should try a few other things yet

i've had similar symptoms before my gallbladder was removed. sometimes i would throw up. i hope it's not the case with you.

I have a pretty tough stomach thankfully. Even during my two labors I never vomited like so many women do.

No I never go to the doctor. If this happens again next month I will have to go see the doctor. Yesterday the pain came back for awhile. This time it was high up just under my ribs in the front and back.

Nope I wasn't at the computer long when the pain started. It wasn't a back ache type feeling. I hope to not have to deal with it again.
