£5 Giftcard for activation problem

Yes, finally I was able to use the two giftcards that I got last week from a local supermarket. The manager was lovely and got everything sorted for me. We went and got the television and a hotbrush from Argos using the cards and there was no problem. I popped into the supermarket this morning to collect my giftcard which the supermarket said they were going to give me by way of compensation for the trouble caused ! also got well over £4 off our petrol so a win win situation in the end.
