I wasn't able to go for the walk for past 2 days because of my schedule. So I had gone today and it was weird.I mean usually I walk in a brisk manner but today I wasn't able to.But gradually I was able to match up with my previous speed. My mother told me that's because I had a gap or a break of 2 days in between. Is it true? Have you also experienced such slowness in exercising or gyming if you take an off in between?

I can't tell. I usually love a slow walk.

Happens to me all the time. I find myself a bit slow on Mondays after the weekend break.

Two days is too short. It would take me more than a months break before my strength could deteriorate. But a two day break won't affect you. It's recommend that exercise should be done three times a week and not really on a daily basis. Which means there's a break of one or two days in between. If you have said two weeks, that might have been a big deal.

I don't do regular exercise, but I would imagine it would, but not to a great extent.
