... And the Cleveland Cavaliers is in jubilation after winning the 2016 NBA championship against the Golden State Warriors in Game 7 held in Oakland, California.
Lebron James led the Cavaliers with triple double for 27 points, 11 rebounds and 11 assists who displayed total performance in this game. Kyrie Irving had 26 points and Kevin Love had 14 rebounds that made the Cavaliers hold the championship trophy in 52 years.
Draymond Green led the Warriors with his 32 points and 15 points but splash brothers did not help a lot as Stephen Curry had only 17 points and 4 of 14 from 3 points area and made some errors in crucial play and Klay Thompson had 14 points 2 of 10 in 3 points arc.
The last 4 minutes of 4th quarter was all changing of possessions of the ball until last one minute when Irving hit the 3 points and Lebron added 1 point in free throw but the GSW was scoreless in the remaining minutes.
The score 93-89 was never a wide margin between the two teams from first to 4th quarter unlike the previous games which are blow out scores.
The 1964 win was just like yesterday, 2016 years is not too long to wait for Northeast Ohio.

It was a fabulous game that was tense and exciting. So many ties and lead changes that went right down to the wire.

@ilocosboy It was so tight because a GSW 3-point bomb and a foul could have sent the game into overtime.

I wasn't born when the Giants defeated the Indians in 1954, but I've been kind of rooting for Cleveland ever since the Giants started winning Word Series. I'm mostly a Giants fan, but I've enjoyed the Warriors finally being decent. I could see the two teams meeting in the Championship again next year.
