Diabetes, taking fat off pancreas

Today there a lot of articles of saying if some can burn fat off the pancreas can reduce diabetes.yes I am on border line .This is why I am reading the articles.but what confusing is some all ways throwing a ad in that look like a article. Yes I know medical Doctors might not agree. But the Doctors are train for prescription medicine. Not natural medicine. I am looking more and more in natural medicine. It will be cheaper in the long run. I know if I lose weight I feel better.

How, exactly, do you burn fat off the pancreas? Even if you lose weight, how do you know the pancreas loses fat? Some of those medical articles are just to sell a doctor's concoctions. I bet he has a medicine to burn pancreas fat. Right?

The article are not from Doctors
They are from people who are in to natural
Medicine. None of the articles are selling
Something. The articles talk about certain fruits
And peppers that can burn fat off the pancreas
Do a search and you see a lot of stuff pop up.
