Another gem I found from facebook. This time on "Irish History Bitesize" for those who are curious. I'm not going to write the lines of the poem out here, but I will link you to the page that I found the poem on. It's a very pretty poem, though some of the wording seems just the slightest bit off, even for the time period it was written in. Maybe I am not used to reading this style of writing anymore, or perhaps it was originally written in Gaelige who is to say? I think my favorite part of the poem is the last three lines.
