We ran out of gas this morning. It was too early to call for gas delivery. it's different here in the Philippines. Unlike in other countries. Anyway it's been a long time since I have used this induction because I feel it's more economical to use the the gas range. Although I do enjoy cooking with the induction but I have very few cookware that would work on induction. That's why most of the time I still use a gas range.. it's quite expensive to buy that is compatible with the induction.
Have you been enjoying using the induction stove. What is your experience.

the gas delivery here is only 2 streets away and they're open from early morning till night so i just call and they're here in a few minutes with a tank of gas. meantime, i turn on the electric hot plate in the middle of the stove and transfer the pot or pan there while waiting.
i'm curious when you say "it's different here in the Philippines. Unlike in other countries?" so what do they use there and how do they replenish it?
also, does an induction stove use electricity? what kind of cookware are compatible with an induction stove?
hope you don't mind the questions. just really curious.

I think in the other countries it's like centralized source of gas for the whole community. The gas goes through a big pipe underground going to different houses. If that's the right way of describing it.
