I heard that there is going to be new milk coming up in the market that supports weight loss. I wonder is this another marketing scheme or is such things really exist. There are lot of such schemes exist like drink tea reduce weight. Eat oats burn calories. But for some reason I don't see the reality in weight loss milk scheme. Have you seen any such product in the market in your city? Image wikipedia

If ever this is true, I don't think I will buy it. Because I drink milk for my bones to stay healthy and strong. I don't want to lose weight.

Actually it is my first time to hear that drinking milk can be helpful for losing the weights. It sounds very strange for me. I also heard that eating more meats can do the same but I really have a big doubt to it

Might as well limit the drinking of milk, and just take calcium tablet. You will lose weight, and save more money rather than going for those so-called weight-loss milk.

true. calcium tablet are better than milk for those who have gained weight.

I don't drink milk only, I need to mix with coffee or tea. With the clever scientist now everything can be done, they can take out the element of the milk or add some other element then result a enzymes that can burn fat. That is possible. Even a dark powder can turn into white meal too. Now anything can be possible for them.

I do not see the relationship between drinking milk and loosing weight. I know only one way and that is exercise coupled with diet. I do not know any other natural way of loosing weight.
@skysnap (20152)
