Argentina entered into finals of Copa America Cup.

USA almost surrendered before Argentina. Argentina scored 3 goals in first 70 minutes. After that it was a one sided match.I expected much resistance from USA. Their performance in the semi-finals really disappointed me.

Just goes to show that Argentina is playing at a different level right now and Messi is indeed the best player in the world bar none. With that early goal, USA's defense became flustered and they hardly were able to control the ball when they have it. Game flow just wasn't there for the US. Too bad!

USA did not have a plan of attacking football. If USA could give 1 goal withinfirst 10 minutes the match would have been different. Argentinian defence has not been tasted. In last world cup, Germany destroyed the defence.

@sathviksouvik yeah the last World Cup was the best player in the world matching up against the best team in the world. USA played conservatively on offense perhaps they were wary of the vaunted Argentinian counter-attack.
