Sometimes we cannot avoid resigning from our work and starting looking for a new one. There are different reasons why people transfer from one company to the other.
As much as we wanted to stay and spend our lifetime in a certain company, there are situations that we cannot.

@sathviksouvik : A company is opened for business and always wants to get profits. It can not do any business for a loss or losses. Sometimes, manpower reduction is also one of the alternatives.

Yes Cristy, in private companies, for losses, sometimes the salaries are reduced. Sometimes the employer tells the employee to resign.

@sathviksouvik Because of the low salary the employees resign . They look for a better company that could give them better waGes and benefits.

I think with the unsteady level of economics we have right now, it is best to be prepared for the worst. People should be multi-skilled and should be willing to move or transfer into different industries and companies to be able to survive in today's economy.

Yes Allen, whenever one door closes, the employee must be prepared to open another door.

Yes. The job security is not there in any Company. Even in the Governemnt there is no pension after retirement. So much so in Private companies. People are looking treating both the private sector and public sector on equal footing. The generation is also more active and challenging .

Yes Sivaji, there is no choice. When one employer asks the employee to quit, he or she should apply and get another job.
