Any good horror movies?

I have seen a lot of horror movies, so please don't suggest any mainstream horror movies. I am looking for scary thrillers not gore movies and something which is relatively new.

Looking forward to watch ' Lights Out'. Saw the movie's trailer in imdb.com. Do check it out. I think it is something that you'll like.

Don't know whether you've seen them or not 1. Case 39 2. The exorcist These are the best horror movies I've seen so far.

One that is on Netflix that is pretty good is the Babadook. It is an Australian movie and pretty scary. Also, a couple of older movies that scared me were Magic,,,and Dressed to Kill. More psychological thrillers than actual horror..but quite good.
