New RESERVATION system

I personally want a new reservation system which will be provided to only these category people
1. poor people
2. handicapped people
3. orphanage child
4. kids of the martyr army officer who died while protecting our country.
I am totally against of caste based reservation.....

Will it happen.? Many people do like it. This is the fault with the Indian political system. As long as there is no change in the system such things will continue forever.
