Last night my kids asked me if it was okay for them to sleep in. I told them it's very okay to sleep in. That I would leave them and let them sleep as much as they need to during the summer. I also told them mommy has to be up between 7 and 7:30 to babysit so if they wake when mommy does they can come down stairs with me. This morning my daughter came with me and not to longer after the other two shop up my boys are awake. All wake early today!

@ShyBear88 I hate getting up early, not a morning person.

Oh yes, I wish many times when I don't have to get up early that they sleep in. At least I was up already.

@kevin1877uk neither am I a morning person. I'm a night owl for sure.

It's usually how my morning starts too. My three are usually up fairly early. Such is life though sometimes.

@dodo19 That will be the day I will say well you shouldn't have slept in all those other time you could have so don't complain you can sleep in on the weekend.

I think it is probably because they are used to getting up early during the school year!

They are 5, 3.5 and 17 months old they don't really have to get up that early at all. But they do tend to naturally get up at when the sun is up.
