Going to the tiki party alone

My late husbands Aunt is having a party at her house this Saturday. I have been really looking forward to it. They built a tiki bar and it is going to be a Hawaiian theme.
My cousins boyfriend is playing the music and she was going to go and hang out with me. I was so excited its been well over a year since I have seen her. She just messaged me and told me that she has a new job now and has to work so she can't make it to the party.
My man isn't going with me and I just saw that one of my enemies is going. This party is sounding less and less fun now. I am going to wind up with terrible anxiety Saturday morning.
Now I just have to think of something to make to take to share.

I hope you'll have a good time despite an enemy being there and you're going alone. Your kids don't want to go?

My kids will be there but I like to have someone who will sit with me and visit when my children run off to play. I am very shy. It turns out thay cousin will beae to come after work a few hours late... I may be gone by then with how miserable my son usually gets. My father is here since Thursday night so he will going to the party with me. I will be happy for him to get out and have fun socializing.

@shaggin i know. when i see photos of my late hubby's son by his first wife, it makes me miss him more. looks just like him . like you said about your hubby's brother
