Drug pushers now are being killed in an alleged summary execution of the police officers in the campaign against illegal drug operation in the country. This is before elected President Rody Duterte in Malacanang on July 1st.
The drug lords and drug pushers who are still outside the jails are voluntary surrendering because of fear of their life. If they don't surrender they might be the next target of the PNP in operation against illegal drugs.
President Duterte is all hail to the police who could kill drug trader. He also said he would give reward to the police officer who could kill a drug lord-- or the leader of the drug syndicate, which he said an ordinary PO1 can be promoted as General and can get the P100 million reward if they could kill them.
Sounds good, but not to the Commission on Human Rights.

In the last administration, CHR seems so powerful. Police, LGU and other concerned are so afraid of them. Not until know.
