The National Grid Corporation (NGP) and the Ilocos Sur Electric Cooperative (ISECO) have announced the power interruption today. It is already blackout in the 2nd district of Ilocos Sur. If the advisory will be followed, the blackout that started 7:00AM will last until 3:00 in the afternoon.
The NGP and ISECO the blackout is for them to have some maintenance of the lines, electric post among others. The total blackout is affecting lots of people. Its good i have charged the wifi and this laptop. But it will not last long so I have to conserve the energy..
Well, if its for the purpose of making the electricity service good, that will be fine.

But, here the purpose of power cut is not for making the service good, but for evading the supply to the agriculturists and other poor people in the name of FREE SUPPLY OF CURRENT. Actually, the farmers will not get the supply at free of cost when it is needed. But, when it is supplied it will at some odd hour which he can not utilize. So, the farmer as well as the other people both are being denied the current.
