why RECEIPTIONIST are mainly young women ?

first of all most of them are beautiful, they have good communication skills, gilrs are hardworker and girls don't waste the time more than boys....

Two reasons might be that the receptionists are mostly hired by men....no further comment necessary. And probably males might think they would be degrading themselves or they are just not cut out for it.
