Crab cakes, YUM! I've never been much of a prime rib fan... or steak, for that matter. Man, I really wouldn't be a good Texan!

I will go with crab cakes. Love 'em. I like to try them at different restaurants. Never got into any sort of rib. lol. It's only 1:00am here. :)
