Knitting and why I like it

Knitting: the art of turning yarn into something of fabric. Most of the time it would be thick and soft or it could be fun and flirt. Many could be thin and soft. Depending on the yarn used and the size of the needles can make the perfect item to be played with until it becomes something of use. Something about knitting helps someone calm down and sooth their soul until they have mended their souls. Knitting is a hobby I picked up when I was sixteen and in high school. At first it was a club that I thought could be fun and all then I got into the hobby and had fun learning how to make different things and expanding what I could make with a pair of needles. It was something that had helped me through some of the tough time of my life. Knitting is an art in itself. People could make little things out of them like flowers and decorative things. Knitting is something that I have found to be soothing to the soul. Like whenever I have a problem or going through a rough patch, I'm sure a lot of us do once in awhile, I would find myself knitting like a mad woman and something about knitting soothes me. I have always figured it to be the sounds of the needles clicking and the feel of the yarn going through my fingers becoming another link in the fabric. After enough time I would something to hold on to or to give to a friend or something and I would have an answer to a question or a solution to a problem that I have been pondering about. Knitting does tend to be a hobby that could help out a lot of people when they are win a rough spot. Knitting can make a lot of different things. I have made socks, sweaters, pouches, and even backpacks. I have seen a lot of different things been made with knitting including earrings and Christmas tree decorations. The most popular beginning project is making a scarf. [i even saw some take knitting to a whole new level of art. They would make flowers and more beautiful pieces of knitting art. Knitting is something more then the art and the motions of needles working together with the yarn to make something. It is something more then that a moment to focus. It is something that soothes and is an art. Something deeper then the soul. It is a moment in time where the world don’t exist. It ceases and goes to a whole different level. It makes the world different and it allows someone to see things in a whole different way. It gives someone a second to glimpse on something that is in their life. Maybe even give someone the time to consider every possible way to look at something that has so many different ways to look at it. Knitting was something more then the art and the soothing.
