We have one Nightingale here in our side of the city. This guy comes in around 5-6 in the morning. Sits on one branch and starts singing. Though sounds is not irritating. He wakes some people up and many people find it rate to have this bird in this city. We don't have much greenery and other wild life remains around. So it's harder to find such birds here. Do you have songbirds in your side of the world? Image : Wikipedia

We have cuckoos here .. they are early birds.. They are like alarm calls. I love having them around.. They announce the break of day.

There are some birds too, and I love to hear them whistling! Am hoping they would not become extinct due to diminishing forests.
