The most interesting to do in the world is taking up actions, talking about actions, and avising others on the actions to be taken.
The day starts with actions and talking about actions. As far as advising others on taking actions we definitely throw ourselves back and make big statements injecting powerful words. We never think, we, whether at anytime have tried in our life.
When we say a street full of dust or any shanty in an are we express our grouse against the Government. We never think of the dirt piled up on the walls of our own house and the mass accumulated on the sides and corners of the room, the water clogged around the pants in our small beatiful garden. Why this tendency?
It is only because, we know pretty well as to whose job is that to get it cleaned and whose job is to get it mdified. In the former case we know that it is for the staff apponted by the Municipal corporation/s, and in the latter case we all have the list of NGOs, local politicians, Municipal bodies and the evitable Government.
Is it the knowledge that made you stay back without plunging into action? If that is so, what is the purpose of your knowlege. Why don't you plunge into action?
Here comes the role of a born leader.
1. He never stay back from taking action
2. He takes spot decisions
3. He questions and seeks cooperation with wide perspective
4. Even if it involves financial aspect he makes efforts to raise funds for getting the things done;
5. Motivation, allocation and delegation are not the topics he would go and have to learn in B-School s. They are all innate.
The Great leaders like Mahatma Gandhi, Abrraham Lincoln, Nelson Mandela were Born and not made from the Contemporary Educational Institutions of their times.
THEY WERE ALL BORN TO TAKE THE LEAD.
LEADERS ARE BORN BUT NOT MADE.

Ah the nature vs nurture problem again.
However I do not agree with you.
Leaders are not born.
They are raised and conditioned by their environment.
They were the first to act and the last to give up.
It is a trait strengthened over time :)
