Finding A New tenant

I have a house which has been rented by my nephew for years. I never had any problem with them when it comes to paying their monthly dues on time. Right now they are about to leave the house for some personal reasons. The house will soon be vacated on the 15th of July.
Having said that, I am looking for a new, good tenant to occupy the house. As much as possible I prefer relatives whom I can say have the sensitivity and concern. As of this moment I have prospects in mind but nothing is final yet.
I hope I can find new one soon because I do not like that house with no one to take care of. Besides we need the monthly dues because we use it to pay the school service of my kids.

Good luck in finding a new tenant. I agree that relatives offer a sense of security regarding your house. Payments will be made on time and they will take extra care of your home.

that's good. let them stay so that somebody to take care of the house because if no one the ghost will be the one to stay,that's what i heard.that's good you have an extra income.

I hope you can find a good tenant soonest. I have five rooms for rent also in our house and one of the rooms is now vacant also. I hope someone will come soonest to rent .
