stunt on train

i got to see one video today in which a guy was performing stunt on moving train
it was scaring as such a high volt of current was passing overhead.
was the platform good for him to show his skill
or stunt should always be measured before they are acted upon

He should be very skilled to do it because it is too dangerous.
