Can we make it like quora?

we know that quora is a very popular website for asking questions and to get answers. Some how, we are also doing it here. So, why cannot we make it almost like that? added thing is that we will get some money also here!

@jayaramas myLot works just fine the way it is set up. It is designed to be a site for discussions. Why do you and other people want it to change?
