The Adult cheapskate

The one who goes out with friends at the restaurant, they order her favorite dish and she goes a head to order lemon tea, leaving the waitress wondering whether she is dieting or not. After the others have been served, she holds her fork, and starts sampling all the friends' meals one by one and at the end of the day she sums it up with her lemon tea. when the bill comes, she gladly clears hers with a big smile. Some will say she is focused, others will say she is ill mannered, yet the rest will call her stingy. I am still thinking of what to call her because I rarely don't call people by names but probably would find a name for her behavior. Put your self in my shoes and lets share the experiences.

Sheesh, reminds me of when Helen Keller was little and would run around scooping food off people's plates.
This scenario is bizarre to me. None of my friends EVER eat off my plate.
I'd pretend to stab her with a fork, the next time she tried that stunt.
If everyone guards their food and tells her, "Sorry, I'm REALLY hungry. You can have my leftovers...if there are any!"
Then maybe she'll stop mooching.
Because that's what she's doing. And it's rude.
Has anyone spoken to her about the situation?

Imagine the number of times we have talked to her. It has become more of a pause and replay episode. You expect the obvious to happen.

Then I'd use my fork or spoon as a "weapon" to ward off her greedy fingers.

She is not poor, when you see her, her bank balance, the car she drives it is so impressive.

@jollykizza Maybe you could ask her if she is treating this time. I don't know, I hope you can get her to buy her own meal and pay for it.

There is a way she finds out about the outings. Even when she is not invited she will be there. She just smiles and goes on with the evening. Hmm.. She is just amazingly present available everywhere you go.

Very irritating for others but she seems to have a thick skin too.

You guys should rotate the bill being paid and tell her if you come you have to be on bill rotation, that would solve the problem or talk to her about it and tell her your don't appreciate it.
