Story time

I love story time in my house. The kids gather in one of the two rooms either my boys room or my daughter's room for me or my husband to read a story. I let the kids take turns picking a book. I will take one of the nights and pick one of the books so that the kids don't fight over that some got to pick more them the other. The kids seem to enjoy it and this year. My daughter should start leaning to read so she can help with story time at night time. It might take longer to do story time but someone has to learn at some time.

They enjoy listing to us read to them and they try to rest to as well.

I read the stories from the books the kids have and my husband tells the kids stories from his memory as kid like the little boy who cried wolf.
