Do you ask help with someone else, do it your own, or not at all?

There are some people who cannot work without assistance. It is like they don’t have the initiatives to think it over. In fact, I had seen some people with such an attitude. There are also some instances that they cannot even say thank you for the help. A certified user-friendly behavior of these people made me so furious and I sometimes cannot stand being with them. In companies, bosses are totally dependent to their subordinates. It is inevitable for him not to ask help from the others. The sad thing is he cannot even appreciate the gestures of help. The boss will just say, it is a part of his or her job. How can his team be motivated of such treatment? Do you have any thoughts about it? Photo Credit: pixabay.com

Hmm nice.I believe we should learn to take the start up or decisions by ourselves we may fall but the more we fall the higher we will rise and will grow higher. :)

We don't need to feel weary in times of failure, it is a part of learning too.

Some people are really chatterbox. I just ignore them and do my thing.

We are still humans. We have so many things to learn and some people are willing to help.
