How real are reality shows?

Watching millionaire matchmaker certain things raise a red flag. As if they can't be spontaneous. Are these people for real?

depends on the show. Survivor is real because many contestants hates each other until now and former contestants who attempted a career on acting cant act but were very natural on survivor. Also I am close to a former contestant and that person is my online friend for 14 years. Shows like Kardashians and total divas are fake.

At least some "reality" shows are "partially scripted." ie, not real.

I think reality shows are dependent on how people respond. show adjusts itself based on public demand.

I never watch reality TV shows they seem doctored to me.

I think a lot of these kinds of shows they put more into than what it actually is to draw the viewers in.
