Do you race at your local track? My husband races a imca mod. Both our sons race Hobby stocks. It is a family sport and something we enjoy doing together.

yeah it is a family sport. My hubby has been racing 8 yrs. This will be my sons second and third yr.I am our local track photographer and I make trading cards and different things for the drivers. We thought our daughter would race but no she likes to watch from the sidelines she is into gymnastics and cheerleading. Our sons built an enduro car that they take turns driving - that is a fun class, Your 14 yr. old will love it and be so addicted to motorsports!! lol.

My boyfriend loves racing, he wants to get a factory Stock going this winter. And in a couple of years get a late mod, for dirt, And are son will fallow in his footsteps, as he's only 5 months old he loves it, his little eyes fallow those cars all over, And i agree it is a huge family sport, and teaches team work for sure.

Your hubby will love it and it will bring yall closer i think as a family. Your little one is just so precious!! If your hubby stays in it they will follow those daddy footsteps believe me. Both our boys grew up around it and that is all they think about and both are fixing to be in college..Automotive Techicians. My hubby would love to have a late model but we can barely afford the imca mod.

Roundy Round, Southern Oregon Style - Not the best picture of the cars on the track. Hoping for better pics next year.
I forgot to ask, what state are you in? As you can see from the image, we are in Southern Oregon.

Southern Oregon Speedway - Taken of a friends car in the summer of the 2006 season.
I LOVE STOCKCAR, DIRT TRACK, SPRINT CAR RACING!!! We have many friends that race, and my finace works on motors and other mechanical problems for the drivers. The speed, flinging mud, and roar of the cars, invigorates me like nothing else. My only sadness at the moment is that the season is over, and I have to wait until March/April for the new season.

I like to go watch the world of outlaw sprints- they are so fast ans just awesome to watch. When we go on vacation, We are at some type of motorsports event. There is usually some type of motorsports event going on yr. around. Our local dirt track shuts down in sept. but there is events in coliseums we go to. We love dirttrack racing, we go to tractor pulls, mud boggs, tuff truck events, and every yr. we go to texas motor speedway to see our drivers race NASCAR.
