Online shopping from Abroad - Yes or No?

Hey Guys! How many of you like online shopping? I've done quite a bit of it in the last few years... and this is one of my latest buys! I recently bought myself a new phone. Its been a couple of months only and I was searching for a silicon cover for ages. But couldn't get anything locally. So I had to take the risk and trust a chinese website. DHGATE. It took them approximately 15 days to deliver but I love the cover - as you can see in the picture. My risk was worth it after all! How many of you would shop from a website abroad?

If it is a trusted website then there is less risk.

Sometimes the clothing looks perfect but the quality is not good when the item arrives. Yes, a review is a good thing!

@dianadee Yes it is always important to read reviews. I too have seen some good pictures but when the item arrives it is of poor quality.

I already bought several items from abroad from countries like England, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Italy, Singapur and China. There are so many interesting things to see and to buy .... I really love it! That's one of the positiv points Internet offers to its users.

Yes thats true. However I have not tried buying from UK etc. But I would really like to as the products you get are amazing.

Aw such a cute phone case! I don't often purchase abroad like directly from their websites but via Amazon some sellers are from China. I do purchase there items but it takes a little longer for delivery.

@infatuatedbby Ok I guess you are lucky. I paid for a product and it never got delivered but on their systems it did and due to that I did not even get a refund.

Thank you! I have had a bad experience with Amazon so I dont usually shop from there. But these chinese websites are not all that bad.

ii think it is advisable to buy online only from trusted websites. I do online shopping only by websites giving COD facility.

I never do COD unless its a really large amount. Like when I purchased my mobile phone. I paid COD otherwise its always paid by my card.

@cxndie hi. im from china ,if you want online shopping on china,you well like taobao,so much taobao online store can Express overseas,you only need a Alipay,and express fee ,You can find everything that interests you in it?(??•´?•`)??
