How do you manage your work and family? / myLot

There should be a balance in between, most mothers are torn how to manage or balance their work and family life. Sometimes, one suffers. If you are a working mom, how do you manage successfuly?

My son is grown now, but the only way I was able to balance work and family was a divorce. Seriously, for me, that is what it took.

When my daughter was much younger, I would try to work hours that would allow me time to be with her at home, and not disturb the balance of time spending with her.

It`s only me and my husband here so things work out quite easy, what he refuse to do for chores l do.If im too tired or lazy, i leave it for next time.
