Do you sleep with your cellphone at your side?

Its undenying that cellphones have become a part and parcel of our lives. We even take it to the bathroom nowadays. I always keep my iPhone at my side while I sleep. The reason is that there is a wonderful app which tracks my sleep every single night and gives me a detailed analysis of my sleep or the lack of it.
My question is that do you sleep with your cellphone at your side?
Many of my friends said that they did just out of habit.

The radiation from cellphones isn't healthy and I've read that it's really bad to sleep with it near to your head. That said, I sleep with my cellphone next to my bed because I use it as an alarm clock. However I always switch it off first. In fact mine is never switched on when I'm at home.

@boneysharaon Yes, I try to put it far away from my head but I am sure radiation is still there.

I sometimes do. But lately, I haven't been checking on my phone for a while so I just leave it on the study table.
But I do sleep with my laptop by my side. I'm either playing games or reading something before I sleep.

Oh I sometimes do that too. But I prefer reading books on my iPhone. That is another of my excuses to keep my phone by my side while I sleep, as I convince myself that I fell asleep while reading a book.
