Thinking of buying a house on mortgage

Under the current real-life pressures,i'm thinking of buying a house. Now,the housing prices are so higher that i can't afford completely, and the prices still continue to rise. Considering the rent is also on the rise,buying a house on mortgage may be the only option. It will take at least 20 years of my life to work for the bank .My god ! It's crazy! I really don't want to be annoyed by buying house,of course, because i don't have enough money.

Nice decision. See if you are able to pay the monthly dues and your family expenses then nothing wrong in it. But my simple request is you should try to close the loan within 10 years or it will become a huge amount you paid. (As a banker it is my suggestion)

Hi, the rental-market is still not standardized in my country,it exists many problems, so sometimes the buying is a kind of helpless choice .
