Just now I read a post 'IF YOU LIVE IN DALLAS AND BLOW YOUR GRASS AND LEAVES INTO THE STREET YOU WILL PAY FINE'. Amazingly, the fine for such irregularity is $2000 which is really a heavy one.
In India, most of the people blow not only their grass and leaves but also their entire annual collection of dust and mass into the road and thanks to the scavengers in India as they sweep out everything not leaving anything by morning. On one side he will be sweeping and collecting to his Trolly and on the other end ,people will be throwing this or that onto the road. This really shows how these people are backward culturally in modern times.
If an INDIAN happen to live in Dallas how much he would pay towards fine. I think most of his earning will be melted down in paying fines only.

Different people, different customs! As they say, "When in Rome, do as the Romans do!". If an Indian lived in Dallas, he or she would very quickly learn that throwing your dust and rubbish in the street is not something which is tolerated there. As a matter of fact, everyone, regardless of where they live, should feel responsible for the rubbish they create and make sure personally that it is disposed of properly and carefully so that it doesn't harm or cause annoyance to other people. It is actually just as much an offence to throw a candy wrapper on the ground as it would be to empty the contents of your potty into the street (as used to happen in England and many other countries in days gone by).

Really superb if that happen then you can see a big 'Q' in front of the penalty paying office where the people waiting for their turn to pay penalty daily.
