Meh, she's just regurgitating the dogma she hears at home. If her parents never said a word about it, I doubt she'd think about why some toys are pink and others aren't.
If she had truly made a difference, then the businesses would have changed their marketing strategy. But, alas, it has been 5 years and the poor toys are still segregated. I guess they just refuse to kowtow to the PC crowd. 
And FYI, it used to be that pink was a boys color and blue was for girls.
