Bad Dream, Nightmares, noise and reality

July 3, 2016 10:48am CST
Last night I slept at 11 pm and woke up at 3 am, then I drank and I surf the Internet until about 5:20 in the morning, because I could still see the clock on my laptop screen, but then I fell asleep again and find a dream bad in my sleep, I dream to be shot by someone using a firearm, in my dream that I was calling for help. But .. my question is: Why does my voice who asks for help it can get out of my real mouth and heard by people who were next to me in the real world .. ?? until I was awoken by my brother who slept beside me because they hear me calling for help. Have you experienced this .. ?? And what you do after aware of it .. ??

You do the same thing I do. I am often up in the middle of the night because I can't sleep. I usually do stuff on the computer. I don't think I call for help in a dream. I only did once. As a kid, I dreamed that there was a giant hand closing in on me. I screamed for help and woke myself up. I still remember that dream vividly.

I also apologize to you for too long reply to your response .. waw .. the dream is very scary .. you believe in ghosts .. ?? in Indonesia there is a big ghost legends as you tell me, the ghost was called as genderuwo .. big, black, red eyes, and usually he transformed or transforming it into the people we love, such as our husband or wife, and then he screwed us that he had a descendant named tuyul, whether it is a myth or a true story but the legend has existed since the days of empire in Indonesia ...

Actually I have a friend that had a few bad dreams at night. He told me he was being chased by evil entities and he told them in his dream they are not going to scare him or hurt him. In reality while he was dreaming he was making a weird noise not totally a scream but sounded like he was scared. So I woke him up he was glad for what I did otherwise he would still be in pain.

I have talked in my sleep, not very often and I generally wake myself up doing so. There's a part of your brain that keeps you from responding physically in your sleep, but it is possible to get past it if you feel really intensely about something. I have also walked in my sleep, but that is generally as a response to something outside of me. I can't say I've done a lot of either, mostly because I seldom dream that much since I totaled the car. However, it seems, I did it a lot after the car accident, reliving the event and crying out in my sleep.

This has happened to me a couple of times. I was either talking in my sleep or I was shouting. Not so sure about the cause but it is bothersome.

It happen one time to me I can't remember the details but for some reason I was screaming or trying to screaming in my dream the sound was coming out but I guess I was actually screaming suddenly I woke up and my husband was next to me watching tv he said what's wrong I just looked at him confused I couldnt go back to sleep. It's strange and complex how our dream world is more surprisingly connected to our waking world.

sorry little old me reply to your response, because I was busy celebrating religious days .. yes I am even more confused why it can be connected between the dream world and the real world .. or is there a street or alley from the real world to get to the world of dreams, or vice versa .. ??
