No plans for the 4th of July

I have no plans so far for the 4th of July at all. Usually we have a cookout at my parents house but things are hint of hectic and crazy there so I am not sure if that is even going to happen. My daughter went to a party today at her friends house so at least she has gotten to do something. I however have not gotten invited to any parties. I am not sure if my man is going to have one and if he does if he will invite me. I have barely heard from him since his son moved back in with him. I am making a Lemony Sour Cream Cheesecake for tomorrow. I bought two bottles of soda and a watermelon. Even if my kids and I just eat them ourselves thats okay. It is a free fishing day tomorrow so I may take my son fishing in the morning. The weather is supposed to be beautiful.

Celebrating alone or just with the kids is not always the worst thing, it gives you time to reflect what things are important to you.enjoy.

My late husband loved lighting off fireworks so its a sad time for me knowing what he and my children miss out on with him gone.

Well I hope you enjoy your day and hopefully your family will get together. I spent the day at home by myself and caught up on my house cleaning and mylotting.

It's good to get the housework done but to bad you spent the day alone! I did go to my parents from 12:30-2pm for a lunch get together. Then later at 9 pm we went back over to do a few fireworks and roast marshmallows.

I usually take him once a year to a fishing derby. I have not heard if they are doing one this year. If they do it will be in a few weeks.

It was a gorgeous day. After we woke up in the morning he didn't want to go fishing as he was worried about flies..
