Are You in Favor of Charter Change?

I see in the news that Senators and Congressmen are now pushing Charter Change under Duterte's Admininstration. Well, maybe it's the right time now to consider it. Whatever changes made, I hope it's for best of our country. What do you think?

I think, nowdays, governments tend to make changes with the intention of becoming more stable and efficient at administering a nation, so it must be for the better.

Charter change will make us similar to Canada and Russia. We are going to have a Prime Minister.

Federalism is pretty good for proper distribution of "budget" for each region. I am for this.
