I think, nowdays, governments tend to make changes with the intention of becoming more stable and efficient at administering a nation, so it must be for the better.

Charter change will make us similar to Canada and Russia. We are going to have a Prime Minister.

It depends. But according to them they are pushing Federalism as the new system of government,
