Going Home Early Today

Half day in the office today because I suddenly felt ill. I have a stomach trouble and I felt the need to go home so I could rest. I supposed to go to my kids' school to settle their school bus service account for the month of June and July.
I also needed to go to the bank and do a few transactions. However I need to postpone whatever plans I made for today. Now I quite feel better and I hope that it goes well for good.

I hope you are feeling better today. I had been in your situation just this morning. It is quite upsetting when we know we have many things to do but cannot do because our stomach gets in the way. Because of that, I also need to go early to our home and take a rest.

@cherigucchi It does happen sometimes. I am just lucky that our house is near to my working place.

It started to rain and I think it was also a blessing in disguise that I did not go.

it's safer to go home when you're not feeling well. you might also make mistakes because your concentration is affected. there was a time i got sick at work and took a taxi home instead of commuting because i wasn't sure of myself.
