i have to take care of my inner self

we take care what we can see it mostly outer one but i need to see my inner self my internal systems perhaps if i mend it the rest all seems perfect,i will do it

I agree , we also have to take care of our inner self , always . Nothing makes one so relaxed when we pamper our inner self .
