Is there a movie that you watched years ago that you want to watch again but you can't find it anymore? Is there a song you heard years ago but you can't find any copy anymore? That is how I feel at this moment. When I was a little kid, I watched a Japanese movie in Cinema titled " My little body guard" It's plot is similar to the Disney movie :"Indian in the cupboard" It has a very different plot though. I wanted to rewatch this movie but I can't find it. I think it has a different title in Japanese. Oh When I was a kid I also liked a song in the 90's. I can't remember the title of the song and who sang it. All I remember is the music video have this man who works on a morgue and he fell in love with a dead woman. During the early 2000's I liked an American TV show about a Guy who is suppose to be son of Satan and he have to capture lost souls and send them back to hell. I forgot the title and I want to watch it again. Is there something you want to rewatch that I you want to see again but you forgot the title? What is the plot of that show/movie.

@CaptAlbertWhisker Huh, I thought I was the only one who experienced this. There are several cartoons, anime, and songs that encountered as a kid, but I can't find them. But unlike you, I never learned what they were called. And of course there many cases where I got lucky and learned the name of cartoon, song, or anime several years later... For example around mid 2000 I heard a rock song on the radio and I could only remember the following lyrics from its chorus:"Because of you I'm alive. For you I'm awake." Skip six to seven years later, and I learned that was the first Godsmack song I ever heard. But also prior to learning that, I had also heard the opening guitar riff to Godsmack's "Awake" in those "Navy Accelerate Your Life" commercials, which was torture, because I wanted to know what song that riff went to. And then you've got the anime that I found... back in the late 90s when Anime invaded the western broadcasting channels, ShowTime and HBO aired a lot of films and OVAs. One I saw dealt with this android girl who called herself a "third." And about two years ago, I learned from a youtube review series called "Anime Abandon" that it was called "Armitage The Third." And other about some robot woman trying to take her elderly husband to the beach. And I came to find out from Anime Abandon's reviews that that was called "Roujin-Z." Now if only I can find out the name of this boring anime that I saw, where the only thing I could remember about was there was this girl who could fly and shoot eenergy from her hands. And the cartoons I can't remember the names of? I wish I cold remember the details of the ones I syill haven't found to this day...

There is an early 2000's rock song where the melody is stuck on my head but I cant remember the band, the title and I only remember some of the lyrics. The word tommorow is on it. The vocalist of the band is a long haired white guy with blue eyes. Hearing the melody on my head is a torture because I want to hear the song again. Speaking of Anime, I want to see the endings of the serials Super Pig,Battle Ball,Patlabor and Raijin Oh because they were cancelled on my country and there are no available episodes online. For 20 years I had been looking for episodes of Time Travel Tondeki man, It is an anime about a talking kettle that is a time machine. I just found the final 5 episodes after 2 decades of searching. A void in my childhood is filled. The anime you are talking about could be Tokyo Underground or Slayers.

For sure, there are many such movies from the Bollywood that have gone missing - back those days, they had no CDs or DVDs thing and so probably these movies never got digitized. maybe if they had been superhits, it might have been a different story. There is one that I remember right now - Prahaar - It is about a guy who is an Army Man and trains cadets to become Commandos. Somehow he has to move into the real world and find out the real world is much different than that of the Army. The first half of the movie is the army training sessions which show his views, outlook and approach and the second half is the real world thing where one of his trained officers is killed and how his family copes up. On YouTube, there are a few small clips though from the training sessions. There are many more movies on my list that do not have any presence these days. I do not have a list of songs that I do not find but for sure there is a few albums that came out on Audio Tapes (Cassettes?) back in early 1990s. Both of them are comedy audio. One had a fictitious story about a journey of Filmstars (from bollywood) and it was a wonderful Mimicry and even a second art was released after a couple of years because it had great success. The other one was a collection of comic and satirical (non-Political and non-Religious) Poetry from one named Surendra Sharma. Some of Surendra Sharma's comic poems are on YouTube but they are mostly from areas where he has been invited as Guest of Honor

The old movies from my country from the 60's below are hard to find. Many of them are not released on DVD. In the US, Old tv shows have DVD and Blu ray compilations. Here shows from the 90's earlier are impossible to find online. Tv shows from the 1950's here are gone forever. during the 1950's shows here were not taped yet, they were performed live but not recorded.
