I Want To Do More....

I mentioned in another post how helpless I feel when it comes to one of my on-line friends. She lives in the Philippines and she has a lacerated liver. Apparently there are times that she bleeds. I think stress has a lot to do with the bleeding. Anyway, she doesn't know how she is going to afford surgery or even for that matter some medicine she needs. Now, I know here in the States there are agencies and even churches that will help people. I suggested she try GoFundMe,but apparently you need a working U.S. phone number. I have a prepaid cellphone, but haven't been able to afford to put time on it. So, I'm here asking my myLotter friends if they would know of any sites that one could use to raise money for a medical expense or if anyone would know of some place that my friend can go to in the Philippines to get help?
