Know When it's Time

Know when it's time to stop bullying and to stop people from creating harsh environments for others. If no one stands up then these issues will continue to arise. It doesn't who says that one should remain quiet about what's happening to themselves and others. Some people choose to look the other way because they're participating or they're fearful or retaliation themselves for standing up. Speaking up may not win one brownie points but it's better than remaining silent.

Very true. It only takes good people to do nothing for evil to persist. Same case with bullying. Bullies thrive when no one is standing up to them. Best way to stop bullying is to speak up against them.

Speaking up is good but you must watch your tone or you will add to the problem.
