The shabu economy can live in the barangay village. I can't believe what I heard that a coastal village has more than 100 drug personalities voluntarily surrendered to the municipal police station because of fear they might be target of summary execution. Many drug personalities are being killed every day and its getting worse because even the police officers are being murdered.
With just more than 1,000 residents and more than 100 have surrendered, hey its about 10 percent of the total population. Now I know why our President Rody Duterte hated so much shabu and illegal drugs.
It's like there are sari-sari store in in the barangay. And the addicts can just buy shabu in the sachet.
The drug pushers and users are running like rodents now because the 5 police generals who are allegedly protectors are named by our President.
Nice strategy here, Mr. President.

They were small fishes though. The one that needed to be exterminated are the big fishes.

@ilocosboy Time to put the tunas inside the cans. It has always been the sardines getting canned.
