Have you ever seen Empire Records? If so did you like it? It is one of my favorites!

Oh I know...haha its soo funny because when I hear that song I sing the song like rene does...but the soundtrack doesn't have that extra female voice track in there...so people always look at me funny if they haven't seen the movie! I explain it and then force them to watch the movie with me again!!! Haha. LOVE IT!

I LOVE Empire Records. It is actually listed on my profile as a movie I recommend...LOL
I watched it when it first came out and have been hooked! In fact, an hour or so ago I was just telling my husband that I really needed to get it on DVD. I have it on VHS--that is how long ago I bought it.

Yupp I totally agree...and I DO have it on DVD!!! I've watched it over and over...not many movies I like to watch repeatedly. But thats one! "tell me ...why do you want to work here?"

"Now Debra, don't be bitter. Surely with your ever growing collection of flesh mutilating silver appendages and your brand new neo-nazi boot camp make-over, the boys will come a-runnin!" That is my favorite quote from the movie! I loved everything about that movie! The cast was awesome and it just made you want to be there with everyone sharing all of the moments. I really wanted to work at a record store just like it when i saw it. The night I first rented the movie I watched it maybe 5 times in a row. For some odd reason I don't own it yet. You know, when I read about Renee Zellweger now they never even mention that she was in the movie. Now I want to watch it again!!!

Empire Records was one of my favorite movies growing up. I watched it every weekend. I bought the movie on DVD last month and I watched it again last night in fact.

I liked mark the most, I copied his laugh because his laugh made me laugh and when I laughed like him it just caused me to laugh even more. It acutally changed the way I laughed forever. My favorite quote from the movie comes from Lucas "Who know where thoughts come from, they just kind of appear"

That's one of my favorite movies of all time. I have the Coyote Shivers song "Sugar High" on my Ipod. Great acting, great story, great example of the 90's multi-cultural rock scene.

Oh I LOVE that song too...though people who have never seen the movie before think I'm nuts cus I add words to it...cus I sing it like they do in the movie!!!
