Do you Like Sushi?

When people hear sushi they all assume that it is raw but not all sushi is raw. California Rolls are just avocado, cucumber, and cooked imitation crab meat. Eel is always served cooked, and usually with a sweet and savory sauce. You can also get grilled squid or octopus. Sushi restaurants often make rolls out of items that are cooked tempura style (battered and fried). If you ever want to try it you should just start with what you know like shrimp.

So you're saying basically all or most sea-food are sushi, whether cook or not?
