Dish is the only method.

Dish antennae is the only method of TV transmission in remote places as shown in photo. Cable and other methods are not economical or practical. Thanks to the superb technology of TV transmission.

I had seen some in the remote areas of my country. I am not sure if it provides good signal to them.
